I remember the time when an agency could be Agency of the Year at the Cannes Festival with not more than 8 lions, and all of them split between Press and Outdoor. In that era, it meant 70% of an agency's business. From that era, I've done tons of print campaigns. I've selected the few and most awarded ones from the past decade.

THE HISTORY IS FOR FREE.

Little did I know that this campaign would become an infinite email chain with several budget options from image stock websites, lots of punchlines, hundreds of images to select and 200+ messages. After we realized that stock images vintage archives would be too expensive to purchase, I started to seek for plan B, C, D and E. So I met Wikipedia's archive of Creative Commons. Another shortlist began, and we decided to keep these 3.

Moons and suns. That covers 60% of the flag designs from all the countries around the globe. This campaign had us searching for all of them making layout exercises to find the most beautiful ones.
